Apostra platform provides a web dashboard at app.apostra.com for managing your organization’s members, API keys, advertisers, partners, and billing.

Apostra assistant

The product assistant is moving from Murph to Apostra. During the staged rollout, your account may still show Murph until Apostra branding is enabled for you. Once enabled, the assistant and its calls to action use Apostra, including Ask Apostra. New links use /{customerId}/apostra, including /{customerId}/apostra/c/{conversationUid} for a conversation. Existing /murph bookmarks and shared conversation links continue to work: Apostra redirects them to the matching new route without dropping supported page filters or the conversation ID. You do not need to update existing links.
API and agent integrations keep their current compatibility identifiers during this rollout. Continue to use /api/v2/murph, /mcp/v2/murph, and the ask_murph tool. A future identifier change will use an additive alias and a published deprecation period.

Dictate a message

Select the microphone in the message box, speak, then select it again to stop. The assistant turns your speech into text and places it in the message box at your cursor, so you can check and edit it first. Nothing goes to the assistant until you send the message.
  • A recording stops on its own after two minutes and is transcribed.
  • If the recording has no speech in it, such as silence or background noise, nothing is added to your message and you see a “no speech” notice. Speak at a normal level close to your microphone.
  • The first time, your browser asks for permission to use the microphone. If you block it, allow microphone access for the Apostra site in your browser settings to use dictation.
  • The microphone appears only in browsers that can record audio.
  • Dictation is unavailable once you reach your daily usage limit, until it resets.
What happens to your recording. The recording is sent to Apostra and transcribed by Google Cloud Speech-to-Text in the United States. Apostra does not store the recording. Only the text you choose to send becomes part of the conversation. To spell names correctly, the transcription request includes the names of your account’s own advertisers, campaigns and storefront, along with common advertising terms, as spelling hints. Names from one account are never used for another account. Transcription uses the language you chat with the assistant in.

Account Switcher

If you belong to multiple accounts (for example, a Buyer account and a Seller account), use the account selector in the top-right corner to move between them. It also appears when you have a pending account invitation. A standalone account with no invitation or other account to reach does not show a redundant selector. For organizations with the new settings group, the selector lists switchable accounts and pending invitations. Organization administrators add, archive, and restore child accounts in Account settings → Organization → Accounts. Organization members and billing details are in the adjacent panes. Until that group is available, the existing organization controls remain in the selector.

API Keys

Click Manage API keys from the dashboard to view your existing keys. API Keys page The primary list contains your keys. For organization administrators, it contains user-owned keys across the organization so an admin can inspect their access levels and revoke them. Each key acts as its owner: it follows that person’s account and resource access, while its selected interchange:read, interchange:write, or interchange:admin access level can narrow what the integration may do. Account administrators also see existing account-owned and legacy keys in separate migration sections.

Creating an API Key

Click + Create API Key to open the creation form. Create API Key form Fill in the following fields:
The API key secret will be shown after creation. Store it securely - you’ll need it to authenticate API and MCP requests.
For durable shared automation, create a dedicated service user, assign that user only the accounts and resources the integration needs, and create the key as that user.

Advertisers

Click Manage advertisers from the dashboard to view and manage advertiser accounts. Advertisers page The advertiser list shows each advertiser’s name, brand domain, description, status, and creation date. Use the three-dot menu on each row to manage individual advertisers.

Creating an Advertiser

Click + Create advertiser to open the creation form. Create Advertiser form

Adding an advertiser in chat

You can also add an advertiser without leaving the chat: ask the assistant (for example, “add an advertiser called Acme at acme.com”) or click + Add advertiser on the Advertisers overview. A guided in-chat form opens — pre-filled with anything you already said — capturing the same fields above, resolving the brand for confirmation, and creating the advertiser when you submit. Once it’s created you can switch straight into it or add another.

Media Company advertiser setup

In a Media Company account, select Add advertiser from Advertisers or Campaigns to open the same guided form. Sandbox is available to every Media Company and makes no real platform calls or spend. Accounts enrolled for live campaign management can explicitly choose Live; other accounts see Sandbox only. After creation, the roster refreshes before you switch into the new advertiser.

Member Management

Click Manage members from the dashboard to view and manage your organization’s members. Member management page The member list shows each user’s name or email, role, number of assigned advertisers and partners, and their status. Pending invitations show as “Invitation sent” in the Date Created column. You can search for members and change their role using the dropdown in the Role column.

Inviting Members

Click Invite members to add new users to your organization. Step 1: Enter email and role Invite members - email and role
